Shipping Policy
1- Processing Time for Shipments
www.napiwork.com processes all orders within 2-3 business days. Unfortunately, we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
High volume of orders may delay the shipment by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is going to be a significant delay with your shipment, we will contact you via telephone or email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
2- Shipping Rates
Shipping charges will not be applied to your order (for domestic shipping only).
3- Damages
Napiwork.com is not liable for lost or any damages to products during shipping. If for any reason you received your order damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please make sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before you file a claim.
4- Order Tracking and Shipment Confirmation
A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking number to be active.
5- International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination. Typical delivery is 6-10 business days.
International customers are responsible for any custom fees, duties, or taxes.
6- Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, we can: reship the order (fees apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
If a package is return due to incorrect address the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
7- Shipping to FPO/DPO/AOP addresses and P.O. Boxes
www.napiwork.com ships to FPO/DPO/APO addresses and also to address within the continental United States.
